1. This service is for adults
ApexPredict is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We ask you to affirm your age when you create an account and we will close accounts where that affirmation proves untrue.
2. We publish analysis, not bets
ApexPredict does not accept stakes, operate a betting exchange, or hold a gambling licence. We publish statistical analysis of football fixtures. What you do with that analysis is your decision and your responsibility.
3. No outcome is guaranteed
A published probability describes uncertainty. A high-confidence prediction can be wrong, and a run of correct predictions does not make the next one safer. Football results are not predictable with certainty by any model, including ours.
4. How we design the product
We do not use countdown pressure, streak framing, loss-chasing prompts, guaranteed-win claims, or interface patterns designed to push you toward staking money. If you believe something in the product does the opposite of this commitment, tell us at apex@webforxtech.com.
5. Independent support
If gambling is causing difficulty for you or someone close to you, independent help is available. GambleAware (gambleaware.org) and GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) provide information and support in the United Kingdom. ConnexOntario (connexontario.ca) provides support in Ontario, Canada. These organisations are independent of ApexPredict and Webforx; we do not sponsor them, partner with them, and receive nothing from listing them.
