ApexPredict is a subscription publishing service: we publish statistical analysis and predictions for football matches. ApexPredict does not accept, place, broker or settle wagers, and it holds no bookmaker, betting-intermediary or gambling licence. You cannot bet, deposit or win money on ApexPredict. Nothing we publish is betting advice or a promise of profit, and no published probability guarantees a result.

ApexPredict is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We ask you to affirm your age when you create an account and we will close accounts where that affirmation proves untrue.
ApexPredict does not accept stakes, operate a betting exchange, or hold a gambling licence. We publish statistical analysis of football fixtures. What you do with that analysis is your decision and your responsibility.
A published probability describes uncertainty. A high-confidence prediction can be wrong, and a run of correct predictions does not make the next one safer. Football results are not predictable with certainty by any model, including ours.
We do not use countdown pressure, streak framing, loss-chasing prompts, guaranteed-win claims, or interface patterns designed to push you toward staking money. If you believe something in the product does the opposite of this commitment, tell us at apex@webforxtech.com.
If gambling is causing difficulty for you or someone close to you, independent help is available.
