1. Plans and price
ApexPredict offers monthly subscription plans priced in Nigerian Naira. The current plans, their prices, and the number of published selections each one includes per matchweek are shown on the pricing page before you check out.
2. There is no free trial
ApexPredict does not currently offer a free trial or an introductory rate. You are charged the plan price shown at checkout from the start of your first billing period. If a trial is introduced later, its length, the price that applies afterwards, and the reminder you will receive before it converts will be disclosed before you enrol.
3. Billing interval and renewal
Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payment is taken by Paystack using the payment method you authorised at checkout. Your renewal date is shown in Settings → Billing.
4. How to cancel
Open Settings → Billing and choose to manage your subscription. That opens the Paystack subscription management page for your subscription, where you can cancel it directly. Cancellation is available at any time and takes no more steps than signing up did.
5. What cancellation does
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the plan's paid features stop. Cancelling does not delete your account or your history; account deletion is a separate request described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you and give you an opportunity to update your payment method before paid access is affected. We will always leave you able to reach your billing settings, cancel, and make a privacy request, whatever the state of your subscription.
7. Refunds
Where you have a statutory right to a refund or to cancel within a cooling-off period, that right applies and is not displaced by these terms. Outside that, monthly charges already taken for a completed period are not refundable unless we terminated your access without cause.
8. Price changes
We will give you notice before a price change affects your plan, and the change will apply from a following billing period rather than the current one. If you do not accept the new price you can cancel before it takes effect.
